  • What kind of card / papers are available?

    We are take great care and attention when choosing all of our stock. With Lorna’s background in textile design, you can guarantee the feel and finish of each card is as important as the design itself.

    We have a carefully selected range of speciality cards and papers from only the best mills and suppliers around. We have cotton boards, tapestry and fabrique finishes and a full range of coloured board from Colourplan, ranging from lightweight papers through to 800gsm boards.   • When will I receive my items?

    PRINTS
    Ship within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted.

    WEDDING INVITATIONS,  & OTHER CUSTOM ITEMS
    Ship 2-3 weeks after final proof approval, unless otherwise noted.

  • HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER MY WEDDING STATIONERY?

    We suggest that when possible you order invitations at least 6 months before your wedding.  This will allow plenty of time for design and accommodate for any busy spells in your wedding stationers’ calendar! Save the Date’s, which are becoming increasingly popular, can be sent anywhere up to a year in advance.

  • HOW MANY INVITATIONS SHOULD I ORDER?

    Invitation numbers vary greatly depending on your guestlist- but a general rule of thumb is to half your guest list and then add a few! It is always good to order a few more that you would expect as it is amazing how many extra guests you will think of/ be asked to invite as your big day draws closer. It’s also good to have a few spare incase of any mistakes whilst addressing and for you and your family to hold onto as keepsakes. We’d suggest you work through your guestlist- figuring out how many you think you may need- and then add a minimum of 10 extra and you should be good to go. Reprinting is pricey (it’s the setup of the job which is costly) so it’s better to be safe than sorry and have a few spares just incase.

  • Can I order a sample?

    Absolutely!  Samples are non-personalised and should be available as an option on most product pages.

    Samples will be charged at £5 to cover postage costs, but will be fully redeemable against your order if you choose to go ahead and order your stationery from us.

  • Help! I need a hand wording my invitations.

    Never fear!

    We have been in this game long enough to know that deciding on what words you say to invite your guests is not the easiest of tasks. We understand that family dynamics and events vary greatly so we are happy to work with you to find the proper wording for any and all circumstances.

  • Can I make an appointment to visit the studio?

    Absolutely! We love meeting up with the couples we work with, so, if you are within travelling distance please do come and see us.

    We do ask however that you contact us and have had a quotation sent out prior to your appointment. This helps us We generally try and stick within a fairly 9-5(ish) routine, although we understand this is often the working routine of many of our couples too. We therefore dedicate Thursday evenings for customer appointments, where evening appointments are more suitable.

  • How do I submit my wording / details for my stationery?

    Once your order has been placed we will be in touch via email to receive your wording and any other details we may need / you would like to supply.

  • Will I receive the same product that I see on your website?

    Due to the nature of hand printing and bespoke/customisation, slight variations may exist. We assure the quality of our work and we make it a point to check each piece before it goes out the door.

    We have made every effort to accurately display the colors of our products on our site, yet we cannot guarantee that your display will reflect them with 100% accuracy.

  • Are envelopes Included?

    Yes! Unless otherwise stated, envelopes will always be provided inclusive.

    We offer our thick 130gsm White, Black or Ivory envelopes with each order- please indicate with your order which you would prefer.  If you require a specific colour or texture of paper/envelope outwith our standard stock please contact us with a detailed a description of what you would like and we will do our very best to source them for you. Prices for these will be added onto your quote and minimum orders may apply.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we certainly do and we LOVE seeing our products across the oceans!

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart.

    £6.50 STANDARD DELIVERY on orders up to £50

    £16.50 NEXT DAY GUARANTEE (with a tracked service)

    We always advice upgrading to this option if your order contains Wedding Stationery or items of higher value.

  • How long will delivery take?

    All orders are sent via Royal Mail and within 1-5 working days.

    STANDARD FIRST CLASS for delivery in the UK.

    STANDARD AIRMAIL for overseas orders.

    Please note: This means there is NO tracking number for your order.

    Upgrading to a trackable service is recommended for peace of mind for Wedding Items and larger orders.

  • Returns

    PRINTS
    Returns or exchanges will be accepted on undamaged packages within 28 days of purchase, and a full refund will be given once received. Return and/or exchange shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

    INVITATIONS, & OTHER CUSTOM ITEMS
    Because each item is custom-printed and approved before going to press, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. We will be sure to get everything right and up to your standards throughout our proof process.

    Please contact us immediately if your items were damanged during shipping and we’ll make sure to take care of it right away.

  • Do you do custom/ bespoke designs?

    YES! Yes we do and we absolutely love to!

    If you have something particular in mind please contact us with as much information as possible (sooner rather than later) Depending on our schedule we will be able to advice you of timeframes, options and whether your project is something which we are able to take on.
